Our dispatch team strives to meet the needs of every driver at RBX, Inc. Each fleet manager works with a dedicated team of drivers, and they communicate with drivers every day when on the road.
By utilizing this concept, your dispatcher gets to know your needs just like we were family and delivers the support system you need for on-time deliveries.
Our Qualcomm system is quick and accurate, and it keeps you updated with the most current information you need to achieve each delivery. Our goal is to work directly with our drivers to meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements
24 years old or older
Valid Class A CDL
OTR 14 days out 2 days home
Must be willing to drive after dark.
One year of verifiable over-the-road driving experience in the past year.
None of these in the past three years:
Speeding 15 mph or over, careless/reckless driving, following too close, jackknife, or rollover. All other tickets and accidents subject to review case-by-case
Criminal convictions and DOT violations subject to review case-by-case

- Late Model Kenworth 2020 or newer
